These Terms govern your use of Meme Generator From Photo, a web-based AI tool for creating meme sticker sheets and animated GIF-style outputs from user-uploaded photos.

Image credits and pricing

A new user receives one free image after first email verification. This free image is granted only once for that verified email account.

Additional images are sold as one-time purchases in USD:

These packs are one-time purchases. Purchased image credits never expire and remain available until used, refunded, or otherwise adjusted as required by law.

Image use and regeneration

A moderation rejection does not consume an image. A technical generation failure does not consume an image. A successful generation consumes one image, and a successful user-requested regeneration consumes another image.

Refunds

A fully unused purchase is eligible for a full refund. A used or partially used purchase is not automatically refundable and will be reviewed manually. Duplicate charges, system failures, and other exceptional cases may also require manual review. This refund policy is subject to mandatory legal rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

User content

You are responsible for photos, prompts and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and transform the content. Do not upload private, sensitive or third-party content unless you are authorized to use it.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the service to generate, request, upload or distribute NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, harassing, deceptive, illegal, infringing or high-risk content. The full rules are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Content moderation

We may use automated and manual safety checks to review prompts, uploaded images and generation requests. We may block generation, remove outputs, limit access or suspend usage when content appears to violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

No guarantee of output

AI outputs may be imperfect, delayed, unavailable, inaccurate or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or sharing it.
