These Terms govern your use of Meme Generator From Photo, a web-based AI tool for creating meme sticker sheets and animated GIF-style outputs from user-uploaded photos.

Plans and pricing

The service offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Free plan provides limited meme generation. The Pro plan is listed at $9/month and is intended to provide higher generation limits, faster generation, premium templates, high-resolution downloads, no watermark on Pro exports and priority email support. Paid checkout will be enabled after payment review is complete, and paid plan details will be shown before checkout.

Subscriptions and cancellation

If paid subscriptions are enabled, users will be able to manage or cancel subscriptions from the account or customer portal provided during checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past completed payments unless required by law or stated at checkout.

User content

You are responsible for photos, prompts and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and transform the content. Do not upload private, sensitive or third-party content unless you are authorized to use it.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the service to generate, request, upload or distribute NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, harassing, deceptive, illegal, infringing or high-risk content. The full rules are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Content moderation

We may use automated and manual safety checks to review prompts, uploaded images and generation requests. We may block generation, remove outputs, limit access or suspend usage when content appears to violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

No guarantee of output

AI outputs may be imperfect, delayed, unavailable, inaccurate or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or sharing it.
