Meme Generator From Photo helps users upload a photo and create AI meme sticker outputs. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

Information we collect

• Email identity, sessions, and credit ledger records used to provide account access and image balances.
• For authentication and abuse prevention, keyed verification-code digests (not plaintext codes), attempt and expiry metadata, and a hashed or derived requester network identifier.
• Opaque payment and order references, order status, pack selection, and credit quantities used to reconcile purchases and refunds.
• Operational generation identifiers, statuses, moderation identifiers, and error categories needed to reconcile image use and provide support.
• Email messages and contact details when you write to support.

Authentication service providers

Resend receives the login email address and plaintext one-time code to deliver the authentication email. Cloudflare Turnstile receives the bot-protection token and requester IP for verification.

This external processing is separate from the account and billing records that our Cloudflare D1 database persists. This policy does not state how long those providers retain the data.

Payments

Creem handles card details and payment collection through its hosted checkout. The site stores opaque payment and order references and related status information, but the account and billing database does not store payment card details.

How we use information

• To generate, preview and export meme sticker outputs requested by users.
• To operate, secure, debug and improve the website.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, including content safety checks.
• To respond to support, privacy and billing questions.

AI processing and content safety

Uploaded images and prompts may be sent to AI and safety providers so the requested meme output can be generated and reviewed for prohibited content. Do not upload sensitive personal information or photos you do not have the right to use.

The account and billing database does not persist uploaded source images or generated image payloads. This statement is limited to that database and does not make a broader promise about transient processing by the website or its AI and safety providers.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and maintain security. Support messages may be retained so we can respond to follow-up questions.
